LICENSE AGREEMENT & PAYMENT TERMS

This agreement is between the user (user of the software) and COMFSA TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. (herein referred as developer) in the below context.

Except otherwise noted, all of the documentation, software included in setup package is copyrighted by developer.

This application is provided 'as is,' without any express or implied warranty. In no event shall the developer be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.

Permission is granted to you and only you to use this application for the desired purpose, provided that the following conditions are met

  • All redistribution of files must retain all copyright notices that are currently in place, and list of conditions without modification
  • The origin of the software must not be misrepresented; you must not claim that you wrote the original software
    • The developer cannot be held responsible for not providing updates to this application.

    The developer cannot be held responsible for any sought data loss, physical loss, financial loss, mental agony arising out of purchase / installation / use / decisions made out of this software.

    It is user responsibility to check the correctness of the values and parameters generated from this software before making any decisions / sharing data.

    The user acknowledges that the software may not be free from any defects / bugs, and also acknowledges that it may not satisfy all users needs.

    By using this software the user acknowledges to receive promotional email's / calls / sms's from the developer and further acknowledges that he can get promotional email's / calls / sms's even when DND is activated.

    No support shall be given to this product.

    Developer accepts no liability for whatsoever reason.

    The license issued will be valid for one year from the date of purchase.

    The developer reserves right to withdraw any feature or service in the product at any given point of time.

    The license issued is non transferrable and device specific. Incase of damage or loss of device, the tranfer of license to new device will not be entertained.

    The prices are subject to change without any prior notice to the user.

    In paid version of the software, the Name and Email column is not editable in the 'Agent Info', and Name & Email entered while purchasing is final.

    PAYMENT TERMS AGREEMENT


    1. The user is required to make full payment of the price specified for the software.

    2. The activation of the license is subject to realization of the payment.

    3. The invoice will be emailed to the email provided during the sales process. No hardcopy of the invoice will be issued.

    REFUND POLICY


    1. In case of failed online transaction, i.e amount debited in your account but transaction status is failed, the amount will refunded to account from where it was paid within 10 working days.
